We had a BIG hiccup with our room prior to physically checking in. Christian took his time, investigated what happened, & resolved the issue. He was VERY patient and professional. I hope management sees this & recognizes him for his outstanding customer service!
I really, really love the TRU by Hilton chain. This is like the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at one. I love the bright colors and the minimalistic touch to the decor. The staff at the Jackson one was amazing. Shout out to Nyoka and Alexis for helping me and my family out so much. Both of you are so professional and helped us with everything we needed. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but know that these two individuals gave excellent customer service during our stay. We truly appreciate you. We will definitely be back.
Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of good choices. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Only downside is the highway noise, but on the higher floors it's more like white noise, so it wasn't really a problem for us. We travel this way often and we'll definitely stay here again.
The bed and bedding, hot breakfast and shower (with conditioner) were all great! We had people jumping off the beds in the room above us and they took care of it right away.
I had a great stay at the Tru Hotel. The place is clean, modern, and has a fresh, upbeat vibe. The rooms are simple but well-designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the breakfast is pretty basic, there’s still enough variety for a quick bite before heading out — things like pancakes, cereal, fruit, and coffee. Staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the lobby area is a nice space to relax or get a little work done. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a reliable and affordable stay.
The Rooms are nice and clean, and folks at the front desk are nice and polite. Only 2 things bother me. 1. Last 2 times I stayed on the day they were to clean the room, I came back to the cleaner putting a do not disturb on the door instead of cleaning the room. I know this because I dont use the sign as I am up early (5am). Also I have made them aware multiple times that this location won't let me check in the day before on the app. This still does not work as of Sunday 8/24/25
Everything about this hotel was perfect! Great breakfast, comfortable bed, walk in shower, service and front desk was amazing. I would stay here every time I come to Jackson! Also ur right around the corner from all ur shopping places and food!
I had a wonderful visit. I highly recommend this as your choice for lodging needs. From what I understand this is a fairly new hotel, as I travel for business and you never know when you look online and hope for the best. This place surpassed my expectations and pleasantly surprised. Very clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and very professional. They treat everyone with so much class. Shann stood out to me at the front desk. He went out of his way for guests and had such an awesome personality. Also makes the best coffee! This is a place I will definitely be revising on my annual trip this way.
